Warranty and returns
Consumers are covered for defects for 24 months from delivery (statutory period). Business customers (B2B) receive a 12-month warranty under our Terms and Conditions. You can return goods within 14 days without giving a reason. The procedure and form are on the Complaints and returns page.

How do I register as a B2B customer?
Click “New registration” and fill in your company details. After verification we usually activate the B2B price list within 24 hours. Registration is free.
How fast do you ship?
In-stock orders placed by 4:00 p.m. on business days ship the next business day. “In stock” means the goods are physically available.
What is the difference between Service Pack and Aftermarket?
Service Pack = genuine part distributed through service channels, guaranteeing full compatibility. Aftermarket = premium alternative at a significantly lower price, functionally comparable. Both types are clearly marked on every product.
Is cash on delivery available?
No, we require payment in advance — by card. It speeds up order processing.
