Who can register?
Businesses and companies with a valid company ID — mobile phone repair shops, electronics stores and other companies that need parts.
How long does approval take?
Usually within 24 hours on business days. We will let you know by e-mail once the account is active.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, B2B orders have a minimum value of €40. There is no minimum for regular customers.
How can I pay?
By payment card online. Details are on the Shipping and payment page.
Where do you deliver?
To the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland via DPD (pickup points and home delivery). Free personal pickup is available in Litomyšl.
What is the warranty?
Consumers are covered for defects for 24 months from delivery; for businesses (B2B) a 12-month warranty applies — the terms are set out in our Terms and Conditions and Complaints Procedure.
