Used phone grades
Every used phone we sell is given one of two grades, A or B. The grade only tells you how the phone looks. In terms of function there is no difference between them, and the warranty is the same for both.
A – very good condition
A phone in very good condition, practically free of scratches. At most you will find tiny marks that are only visible up close.
A good fit if looks matter to you, you carry your phone without a case or you are buying it as a gift.
B – signs of use
The phone has visible signs of use, such as scratches or scuffs. Functionally it is the same as grade A and has the same warranty.
A good fit if you keep your phone in a case anyway and looks matter less to you.
What both grades have in common
- Testing with the Dr.Fone diagnostic software and a check at our Mobilstation service centre in Litomyšl: display and touch, cameras, speakers, microphones, unlocking, charging and signal
- Battery health of at least 90%
- Verified IMEI: the phone is not blocked or reported as lost
- Signed out of iCloud, so the phone is ready to set up
- 12-month warranty
- 14 days to return it when you buy through the online shop

Photos and the specific phone
Product photos are for illustration only. Under a single listing we have several phones of the same model, colour, storage and grade, and we send one of them. You will find the IMEI of your specific phone on the invoice.

The phone. You can order a charger, cable and case separately.
Price and VAT
We sell used phones under the VAT margin scheme for second-hand goods (Section 90 of the Czech VAT Act). The price shown is final. VAT is not shown separately on the invoice, and VAT-registered buyers cannot reclaim it on the purchase.
Warranty, returns and claims
Every used phone comes with a 12-month warranty. When you buy through the online shop, you have 14 days to return it. You will find the procedure on the Claims and returns page.
